Opening times

Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm, except when exhibitions are being set up or taken down.

 Closed on 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January.

Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs.

These meetings may be canceled depending on the availability of the team or during the exhibition set-ups.

The museum is free on the first Sunday of the month except when exhibitions are being set up or taken down.

This is available in French, Dutch and English (it can be combined with a guided tour of the CID and the Grand-Hornu site).

N.B. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we can no longer guarantee the tour, but you will still be charged for it. To cancel, please inform us at least 2 days in advance (failure to do so will mean that you are charged for it).
