Haim Steinbach

The exhibition catalogue Haim Steinbach. Objects for People documents the first solo exhibition in a Belgian museum by American artist Haim Steinbach (b. 1944), with a selection of works created over the course of his forty years of artistic practice. The book, conceived as an Object for People by graphic designer Kim Beirnaert and Haim Steinbach, includes two texts, one by Denis Gielen, director of MACS and curator of the exhibition, and one by Edward Sterrett, art historian and professor at Seaver College in California. It is enriched with numerous views of the exhibition following the itinerary conceived by Steinbach for the MACS exhibition spaces.
